By failing to bring a troop surge in Afghanistan Obama is missing an opportunity to deliver a crippling blow to terrorist. Oops, am I not supposed to say "terrorist"? As Pakistan's army is pushing north to defeat the blood thirsty Taliban and Al-Qaeda encampments, NATO forces should be simultaneously bringing a troop surge to drive the same thugs southward toward the same Afghanistan border and trapping them between the Pakistani and the NATO forces. Most of them would probably surrender. The Pakistani government now has the support of the Pakistani people. They will never again allow the Taliban and Al-Qaeda to start andother Khooni Chowk (bloody
square). This "butcher square" is a result of the Pakistani government giving the Taliban a chance to abide by their cease fire and peace agreement not to advance on and attack Peshawar Pakistan. They don't keep their word. Obama should acknowledge these facts and stop trying a fallacy of negotiating with these blood splattering thugs. By allowing the Al-Qaeda encampments to continue entrenching their bases and mine the territory of Afghanistan these "terrorist" will remain and seek to bring their bloody "butcher square" to Kabul Afghanistan to make a mockery of freedom. The liberal left would have the world believe that the actions of these terrorist are the fault of President Bush
For those readers in a hurry to post a comment blaming President Bush for the actions of terrorist. I will point out that it was President Clinton who missed that opportunity to take out Osama Bin Laden during his presidency.
How soon will there be another major terrorist attack in Europe or the U.S. before we realize that we have missed another opportunity to take out the psychopath terrorists.
Obama, your indecision is getting American soldiers killed and is putting countless others human beings at risk.
I seriously question your intentions. You need to aknowledge the true nature of the Al-Qaeda supporting Taliban.
Who are you? Really.
