Yesterday Russia’s President Vladimir Putin made a dire prediction to the west saying, “the era of low gasoline prices will soon be over.” Does this guy ever even celebrate Christmas at all? 

Take note, the original version of the movie of The Wizard of Oz was edited. They cut out the part where the lion, tin man, and scarecrow met one of the disgruntled guards. The guards are dressed in what look very much like Russian soldiers uniforms.  The guard explained that he was upset that they were all under the spell of the evil wicked witch. My next door neighbors, being Russian, were offended by the metaphor of their oppressive government being portrayed as a witch. So the producers of the Wizard of Oz had that monologue and musical portion cut out. Well, so much for the writer’s intent. I say we all boycott the movie from now on, and read the book of The Wizard of Oz instead. That would be the uncut version. You realize what is happening to our freedom of expression? No. That portion of the Wizard of Oz was cut out thirty years ago. 

So what about the truth of Vladimir Putin’s despotism? Is he not like the witch as described in the book, The Wizard of Oz? Are we not like Dorothy, the representation of innocence? Someone is trying to close the door on us, and run out the hour glass.

What shall we do? The witch is sending the flying monkeys out to trash the scarecrow, and hold the west hostage again.   In the end, the witch will be all wet.

To say the least, Vladimir Putin is behaving very unprofessionally.

I sure hope Russian’s aren’t finding it difficult to get into the Christmass spirit on Putin’s account.

I’ve noticed how our national media has been portraying the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the democratization of Russia in a negative light for the past several years. I would like the Russian people to know that the American media image portrayed of them is not how the American people think and feel about the Russian people. That speculation is only the American news media, self glorified as it is, is not how the American people are. In truth we admire, respect and appreciate that the Russian people have chosen democracy.   We, as Americans, aren’t prancing about, and bragging that “we” conquered communism in the Soviet Union. That is only how the over-fattened American news media makes us appear. 

I normally like Fox News very much. I am surprised and shocked that they haven’t made a retraction.

Fox news and others glorify themselves daily and they have no sense of journalism news ethics when it comes to checking their news sources. They may as well have written that hoax story themselves. It all amounts to character assassination, and they have unapologetically insulted her intelligence. I'll be taking this complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I never forgot the wonderful ideas and objectives Reagan Pursued for all Americans. Here is a U-  Tube video I remember about very well when Reagan went on television and promoted the republican agenda called, “The Strategic Defense Initiative”. Perhaps Americans should start taking republican candidates like John Mc Cain and Mit Romney and others a lot more seriously. We’re not building nuclear power plants, or refineries, were losing auto manufacturing jobs; there is less oil production, oil production jobs, and more expensive goods, and food prices that follow.

I suppose China’s Government believes they can use the Kyoto accord to compel or coerce America to impose population control with coerced abortions, the same way the communist force their women to have abortions. 

Are we going to continue to deprive ourselves of our energy needs while China builds a new coal power generating plant every day? What about that black gold?  It’s the black gold rush for Cuba and Venezuela.  Do we need to compete?  Let China and Venezuela tap the biggest "Chevron" oil find ever in the Gulf of Mexico and North America. We’ll just keep borrowing the money they’re making so we can buy our own oil from them, while we starve ourselves for energy and make them rich like the Arabs. That is aparently the Obama plan.  He plans to intentionally drive up the price of oil to help his green buddies with their pet pork projects, no matter how badly it hurts the American economy and the cost of goods and services will rise.  No matter if we start having food riots,  As if Americans are wasteful and bad and must give up their cars, their jobs, their way of life for the benefit of Obama's green beanies.

We have allowed the Democratic party to use communist Chinese money to flood our media with Kyoto stylized propaganda for the sole purpose of Defeating Republicans and the American economy.  Meanwhile China and Obama is helping Cuba and Venezuela drill for oil in the Gulf of Mexico 50 miles off our shores.  I can imagine what would happen if the US tried to drill oil 50 miles off of China's, Cuba's, or Venezuela's shores.  They'd probably be shooting at us.

Absolutely Stupid; the Ice caps are melting from natural causes and is likely a climatic cycle according to many scientist.

The breadbasket of the world will be unable to eat much less capable of providing affordable corn.  Should we let everyone suffer?  Assume that Global warming is man-made; and even with our demise, who can expect global warming to cease. With a new coal burning power plant a day being built in China, our demise wouldn’t even be a drop in the bucket.

Apparently, 37 million people in China have abandoned communism.  So I was walking down the street in San Diego and a very polite elderly Chinese lady handed me a free news paper called, Falun Gong Today.  I’ve recently been reminded by a friend about the Tiananmen Square massacre in 1989.  It seems that the Beijing Olympics only resulted in even more severe crackdown and torture of the traditional Chinese Falun Gong, captured and brutally tortured and murdered.  I always believed their assertions of the horrible abuses that they have actually been subjected too at the hands of the Chinese Army (Generals and government).

April 24, 2008 - The President of Beijing's Olympic Organizing Committee, Liu Qui, was found liable for torture in the U.S. District Court in San Francisco.  There is a big ethics question I would like to put to our U.S. national news media for somehow managing to overlook this bombshell of a story.  Bush is getting heat for this too, but he must have been misled somewhere.

The democrats in Congress Just spent 8 years filibustering Bush and inhibiting U.S. economic growth. It is more than fair that republicans filibuster Obama’s misbegotten programs to stop America's growth. Filibuster and demand that our industry be given fair, uninhibited ability to develop nuclear power, build oil refineries, uninhibited oil extraction and production without interference of unfair and unequal overregulation and restrictions. Chevron Oil Corp. has discovered the largest oil deposit in North America, reference the Deep Well Discovery, in the Gulf of Mexico. We have the best and safest advanced oil extraction and well building technology ever which is far more advanced than that which Venezuela, Cuba, and China are using in our Gulf Waters. Ignoring this economically beneficial is comparable to finding the largest gold deposit in North America, and then sitting idly by while a bunch of haters of freedom come in and jump that claim. If redistribution of wealth means giving away the store to adversaries who have been waging cyber and economic warfare against the U.S.A., then Obama can forget it. China is helping Venezuela and Cuba go after the oil that American’s found. Now Russia’s President Medvedev has come over to Venezuela to jump our oil claim as well. That is unacceptable. Vladimir Putin is forcing an increase in the cost of our access to oil in Asia by invading Georgia and we’re left providing aid to the Georgians. Filibuster, filibuster, filibuster; don’t allow the Russian’s, Cuban’s, Venezuelan’s, and Chinese to get rich like the Arabs selling us our “OWN” oil.   I checked out an MSMBC link about the success of the deep well in the Gulf and MSNBC sceptically assures the readers that dispite this huge find the US foreign oil dependency will still be 50%.  Oh really, gee, they don't bother to mention that our oil dependency is at 70% right now!  30% less dependency on the financers of terrorist haters of freedom is a huge difference.  MSNBC and other media porkers only tell the reders what porkers want readers to hear.  What a bunch of dolts.  What American readers need is about 80% less negetive tripe and skepticism the oversized overgratified big news media dolts keep spewing.
