In my opinion, compared to some of the larger US cities, Iraq isn't a warzone anymore. It is an area where we need to assist the Iraqi Government with policing for the public safety. Our news media didn't make a propaganda campaign over "Clinton's war in Kosovo". I believe John Mc Cain can maintain national our respect without widening the Middle East conflict through appeasement.
There should be an international law against a head of state making death threats against other nations, religions, and races. Iran’s President, honestly, who’s name I can’t spell, keeps making death threats against Israel and the west.
The real issue now is whether we have leaders whom can address our nations energy needs competently. Without sufficient oil and gas, we couldn't win a war in Tim Buck Two.
As it stands, our schools are going broke trying to bus our children around.
Liberal propaganda greenies claim that drilling off California’s coast, in ANWR and the Gulf of Mexico won’t affect the price of gas for at least five years.
Yes it will.
Producing more wells and refineries now will mean the price of gas will raise to perhaps eight dollars a gallon instead of fifteen dollars a gallon.
Will this matter five years from now after Obama is removed from office by a foreign power because America did not have the fuel to defend herself.
I hope John Mc Cain can assure us, you and me, Sue, that his willingness to stay in Iraq to reinforce security there, doesn’t mean he is as trigger happy as George Bush.

Past this on the Liberal Congressmen’s and move-on dirt-bag’s blogs
I hear a lot of claims being made about the oil industry and the financial ramifications sound credible. Oil companies stand to gain from higher oil prices by not drilling. I’m doing some web-surfing to on a quest for tangible information about this claim. I hope to find information with sources and data. There sure doesn't seem to be any on this website.
Move-on is the dirt-bags lobby because Move-on posted the ad in the New York Times that said General Betray-us.
Here is some accurate data from the US Dept. of interior, MMS, Mineral Management Service at:
